Psychics and Antipasto Party!

Islandwide Psychic Fairs joined forces with Ala Carte Cooking School in Lynbrook on Wednesday evening, March 16, and welcomed almost two dozen people to a fun evening of cooking and psychic readings. Owner of the school, Polly, prepared four cooking stations where students peeled, sliced, seasoned and sautéed an array of Italian delights, the recipes of which she brought directly from Tuscany.

Each participant took a 20-minute break from the cooking stations for a scheduled reading with one of our popular and gifted psychics. For some, it was their first reading ever, and it was fascinating to see their pleased expressions when they left the reading room!

At the end of the evening, everyone sat down and enjoyed the fabulous gourmet buffet!
